We hired J&J to do some major installation services in our hillside backyard. They removed several large trees, leveled a large area of a hillside, installed a new patio and a play area, stairs, and several retaining walls. They also redid an old patio and laid large flagstone steppers in several areas. The work took about 3-4 weeks — it turned out absolutely great, and held up to an absolutely torrential downpour and flash flooding. James was very responsive from day one, coming on-site quickly to provide an estimate and answering questions/finalizing a proposal. During the work, James and project manager Donnell were present and communicative. The team working on-site was professional, polite, and very hard-working. J&J was able to provide the best price for the amount of work being done and came in significantly under other major landscaping companies in the area. 100% would recommend J&J — we would definitely use them again in the future.  (The pics don’t do the work justice)

We have used J&J several times over the years for different jobs.  We use their leaf and bed clean up regularly in the fall and winter.  More recently we had them clear a corner in our yard which involved removing a few trees and bushes, re-planting some bushes and creating a level ground, and rock platform for a shed.  Each and every time I reach out to them they are wonderful to work with!  They are extremely customer service oriented, it is rare that a day goes by without an email response.  The work is wonderful and the workers are hardworking and friendly.  Will continue to use this company in the future!!

We have been customers of J and J Landscape Management for about a year. Thus far, they have provided fall leaf removal services and spring and fall clean-up services (weeding, pruning, edging, mulching and seasonal flowers). Over the past year, we have been working with Mr. Donnell Jones to request services. Mr. Jones has always been courteous, professional, patient and very responsive. Easily one of the best service businesses I’ve dealt with (and I deal with a lot of them). Staff members are polite and courteous; they shut down the machinery when they’ve seen my kids walk up the driveway from school. I was starting to just accept the dandelions, dirt and onion grass my lawn had become but within a year of hiring them the crew at J & J have turned my lawn around and it looks fantastic! The flower beds, hedges and plantings are also all thriving under their care. Just hire them, you can’t go wrong!

I would give more than 5-Stars if I could. Jim and his landscaping/hardscaping crews are fantastic…not enough good things could be said about them.  Jim worked with us while I was deployed and provided us with a timely proposal, recommendations, input and feedback.  He personally showed up to our house to review layouts with me, discuss some minor changes (which he handled graciously) and ensure that things went smoothly.  His personnel, both hardscape mason’s and landscapers, are true professionals and they ensured my wife and I were pleased with the work daily.  Each day they cleaned their work areas and informed us on what would be done the next day.  Our projects were delivered on-schedule and were executed with the utmost care.  I cannot recommend Jim and his company more!  Great pricing and amazing work!

J & J Landscape Mgmt Inc just finished two days of landscaping work at my house, and it is FABULOUS! We had a ton of overgrown plants along the fencing of our property; we have a flower garden area and a big area under our juniper tree that were a big mess. The 3-man crew spent one whole day cleaning up our yard (1/3 acre). The next day they did more cleaning and then spread mulch everywhere. Honestly, I’ll bet the neighbors think we are selling the house; it looks that good! The crew is professional and helpful; answered my questions during the process. We highly recommend this company.

We had J&J install permanent drainage in our 50-year old patio, where a makeshift downspout drain pipe across the patio had been installed by the Condo Association–not attractive and definitely a tripping hazard. Not only did the company install a buried drain pipe, with clean-outs, and a French drain outfall, but they restored the original brickwork in a way no one can tell anything was disturbed during the construction!  Also, the work was done during an early cold-snap–very hard on the workers. Praises for your skilled, hardworking craftsmen and masons.
