Easily one of the best service businesses I’ve dealt with (and I deal with a lot of them). Staff members are polite and courteous; they shut down the machinery when they’ve seen my kids walk up the driveway from school. I was starting to just accept the dandelions, dirt and onion grass my lawn had become but within a year of hiring them the crew at J & J have turned my lawn around and it looks fantastic! We have used J&J several times over the years for different jobs. We use their leaf and bed clean up regularly in the fall and winter. More recently we had them clear a corner in our yard which involved removing a few trees and bushes, re-planting some bushes and creating a level ground, and rock platform for a shed. Each and every time I reach out to them they are wonderful to work with! They are extremely customer service oriented, it is rare that a day goes by without an email response.
